HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?

Prepare a Ristretto, at the recommended dosage (25 ml).

Pour the mastic liqueur, vanilla syrup, tia maria and passion fruit purée into the shaker.

Add all 25 ml of Ristretto and shake well.
Step

Serve the Passion Nes in an iced martini glass.
Step
05
Garnish with a fresh slice of passion fruit.
