ICE INTENSO is specially designed to be enjoyed over ice for a delicious cold coffee experience. The dark roasted South American and Indonesian Arabicas express their intensity of aroma and flavour when poured over ice to create a boldly refreshing coffee drink. Best served as: 2 coffee capsules over a handful of ice cubes (90g) and top it up with cold water or cold milk (90ml).
Bianco Delicato s a coffee carefully designed for a great harmony of coffee with milk. Our blend predominantly composed of Kenyan Arabicas is very light roasted to bring out the natural sweetness of the coffee, and reveals delicious caramel and biscuit notes when milk is added.
Bianco Intenso is designed with a meticulous technique of split roasting that delivers the intensity yet fine balance of coffee and milk. Our blend mainly comprised of Colombian Arabicas is roasted in 2 ways; one part is roasted dark, the other is roasted light, so that when milk is added, sweet and nutty cereal notes are revealed to create a harmonious cup of coffee.
To create Espresso Vanilla, we layered in a warming vanilla flavour into the Latin American Arabicas of Espresso Forte. The rounded blend includes Brazilian and Costa Rican Arabica coffees that have intense roasted notes. The coffees get a short, medium roast to develop their complex and compelling malty and fruity aromas. When we layer in the vanilla flavour it gives this espresso coffee a silky feel. The slightly caramelized aroma of vanilla in this Nespresso pro capsule reminds you you’re in good company.
Espresso Caramel is the flavoured coffee that’ll melt your heart. It starts with a base of Espresso Forte’s Latin American Arabicas, which include a naturally processed Brazilian coffee and a washed processed Costa Rican. These Central and South American coffees get a short, medium roast that develops their malty and fruity aromas. We add a sweet caramel flavour into this aromatic complexity and watch it mellow the coffees’ intense roasted note. A warm brown sugar aroma unfolds in Espresso Caramel. It’s the caramel flavour in this coffee pod that makes a sweetheart out of this Espresso coffee.
At staggering heights, to catch sight of the ripe red coffee cherry against deep green foliage is as breathtaking as one sip of this coffee. Beneath its creamy crema texture, Colombia Organic sings with an enticing toasted cereal character in harmony with this origin’s classic red fruit note. Farmers in the Tolima region cultivate their coffee according to strict organic practices, stewarding their land and coffee crop for the generations to come.
We traveled across remote Peruvian regions in search of the finest organic certified arabica coffee beans. High up above 1000 meters – even up to 2100 meters – tucked into the slopes of the Andes, we found them. Made with organic processes passed down from generation to generation, this coffee is blessed with the meticulous care of smallholder farmers. Peru Organic is split-roast to reveal both the bright, juicy acidity and the elegant fruity notes accented by a smooth, toasted cereal note.
Have you heard the legend of Baba Budan? In 1670 he smuggled 7 beans back to India – creating the first coffee planted outside its native African origin. India is our spirited homage to the fine arabicas and robustas he planted. Powerful and spicy – its aromatic intensity hits your palate with a noble punch worthy of its history. The coffees are hand-harvested and carefully selected, coming mostly from one single state in southern India – Karnataka. We light roast the arabica coffees to keep those subtle aromatics intact. The robusta gets a short, dark roast to bring out the punchy cocoa and spice notes. Exotic spice notes and a rich roastiness come through in Origin India with milk.
Guatemala is a blend of Guatemalan arabica and fine robusta coffees. The surprising element is that both the arabica and the robusta are washed-processed, giving a silky-smooth texture to the robusta’s intense dry, malty cereal note and its classic bitterness. We give a short and light roast to both the arabica and robusta split in this Nespresso Professional capsule. This develops the boldness while keeping the aromatic complexity alive. Guatemala is a bold coffee, but its strength is disarming.
Brazil is our smooth talker. It starts with mild Brazilian arabicas from the arid Savannahs of the Cerrado region. They give this origin coffee its characteristic toasted sweet cereal note. We blend in semi-washed processed Bourbon coffee beans from southern Brazil’s hilltop plantations and São Paulo estates and that gives this Nespresso Professional capsule its elegant honeyed sweetness. The coffees are split-roasted; the natural (unwashed) Cerrado beans get a light roast and the semi-washed Bourbon gets a longer roast to develop its sweetness. Try this coffee with milk and watch it bring out a smooth caramel aroma and those toasted notes in the Brazilian coffees.
In Nespresso Ristretto Intenso, a South American Arabica goes courting intensity with two Central American Robustas. We split roast this Arabica and Robusta blend and give the Arabica a gentler, longer roast to develop its natural sweetness and finer aromatics. The Robustas get fired up with an intense roast that gives this Nespresso pro capsule its roasty note and its full body. This Nespresso Ristretto pod is a roasty, bitter, and bold coffee blend with spicy pepper and woody aromas dancing through a creamy texture.
Ristretto is your everyman’s classic. It’s a blend from Central and South America – some high-grown washed and some naturally processed, but all Arabica. The dark, intense roast and fine grind develop the dense body and iconic thick coffee crema of these Latin American coffees. Ristretto is a full-bodied Arabica coffee blend with an intense roasty character. But through that intensity you’ll taste the deep cocoa and subtle woody notes that linger long in this Nespresso pro capsule.
Strong-roasted Arabicas and a touch of Robusta come together in INTENSO. The bold roasted notes accompany you until the very last drop.
Forte is a blend of Arabica coffees from South and Central America. Among other coffee origins, the key players in this Nespresso pro capsule are a Brazilian and a Costa Rican coffee. The naturally processed Arabica from Brazil lends a malty note to this Nespresso Espresso. The washed Costa Rican Arabica brings in jammy red fruit aromas and a touch of acidity to strike that intense equilibrium in Forte. A short, medium roast keeps all those characteristics at play and develops this espresso coffee’s roasty note.
Leggero is a mild, refreshing blend of South American coffees with secret depths. Lightly roasted Brazilian and Colombian Arabicas and Robusta give it a well- balanced and velvety body, toasted cereal and cocoa notes, and just that whisper of acidity and bitterness. Coffee milk recipes bring out a malty, caramel mellowness in Leggero, but the espresso coffee’s rich aromas still shine through.
You stumble upon the hidden garden of mild washed coffees when you try Nespresso Finezzo. It’s an Arabica blend of Ethiopian, Colombian and other Central and South American coffees. We lightly roast these Arabica coffees to preserve their delicate aromatics. This long black coffee has a gently sparkling acidity and its heady floral aromas of jasmine, orange blossom and bergamot will enchant you like a hidden garden.
Decaffeinato is a decaffeinated coffee blend of South American Arabicas with a touch of Robusta. We give these decaffeinated coffees a short but intense dark roast that develops the coffees’ roasted notes and reinforces the full body of this Nespresso decaf. The subtle notes of cocoa and toasted cereal will compel you in their rich aromatic intensity. The Arabica and Robusta coffees – from Colombia, and Brazil and other South American origins – are carefully decaffeinated to preserve their aromatic complexity. That way you’ll be enjoying Decaffeinato even just before midnight.
