HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?

Heat up 100ml of milk with the barista device (hot milk mode)

In a View Recipe Glass, put 10 ml of date syrup and extract over it the origin Indonesia capsule to 110ml (lungo)

Pour the hot milk into the mug and add 60g of whipped cream on top

Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and add a cinnamon stick

Optional: Infuse a bag of chai tea in 70ml of water, cool it down and add it to cream before whipping.
