Minted Coffee Mule Recipe
Bold and uplifting. A refreshing twist on tradition. Ristretto Shaken over muddled lime, honey and ginger beer with a sprig of mint. Cool, crisp and balanced.

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Step
01
In a Nespresso Small Mixology Glass, add half of a fresh, untreated lime (30g) cut into 6 pieces, and add 10ml of honey
Step

Muddle it. Put 4 ice cubes in the glass

Pour 60ml of Ginger beer. Stir gently while lifting the lime pieces to mix them in.

In a Nespresso Shaker, extract 40ml of Ristretto coffee and add 2 ice cubes, close the lid, shake vigorously

Gently pour the iced coffee into the glass over the mixture. Garnish with a fresh sprig of untreaded mint

Optional: add 30ml of vodka for a cocktail version
