Role purpuse

The Service Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance and installation of professional Nespresso coffee machines. Through technical support, the role contributes to delivering high-quality service and excellent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of professional coffee machines in-house.
• On-site installation and operational testing of professional Nespresso machines.
• Delivering prompt on-site technical support to customers.
• Remote support and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Compliance with quality, health and safety procedures when carrying out all technical work.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics from a University or Technological Educational Institute. Additional knowledge of refrigeration systems is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in the repair of electrical or electronic machines/appliances.
• Knowledge of English.
• Familiarity with MS Office is desirable.
• Valid driving licence. A Category C driving licence will be considered an additional qualification.
• Availability to travel within Greece.
• Fulfilled military service obligations.

Salary Range

• Gross monthly salary: €1,300 – €1,500.
