Coffee & Machine Trainer Specialist

We are looking for a Coffee Trainer & Machine Specialist, based in Athens.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting customer visits to assess and enhance the overall coffee experience.
• Training and guiding customers personnel on the optimal use of Nespresso Professional coffee solutions.
• Supporting the onboarding of new customers and new employees at Nespresso Professional.
• Supporting Key Accounts (KAs) through tailored training activities.
• Updating and enhancing existing training materials.
• Supporting the launch of new coffee varieties, machines, accessories, and coffee recipes.
• Designing and delivering training programs for customers and company employees, focusing on professional coffee machines, products, and coffee.
• Organizing and conducting training seminars.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.
• Ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of customers coffee equipment, particularly for Key Accounts.
• Providing recommendations regarding the placement or removal of POS materials.
• Ensuring the correct implementation of brand standards and guidelines.
• Collaborating with Sales, Service, CRC, and Marketing teams to address customer needs.
• Preparing reports on training activities and their results.

Candidate Profile

• University or Technical Institute degree.  
• SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certification at any level.
• Previous experience as a Machine Expert / Demo Specialist will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Coffee Expert / Coffee Specialist will be considered an advantage.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Barista / Coffee Specialist in the HORECA channel or as a Trainer in an F&B product/services company.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness and availability to travel during specific periods at the beginning and end of the summer season.
• Results-oriented mindset and flexibility.
• Strong teamwork skills, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn and develop.
• Valid driving license.
• Completed military obligations for male candidates.
