B2B Marketing Specialist

Synergy SA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across digital, CRM, PR, events, content and product launches. The role collaborates closely with Sales, external agencies, and international stakeholders to drive brand visibility, lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation and follow up of the company’s brand strategy and marketing plan
• Assist in the implementation of all global product launches in the Greek market
• Assist in the development & implementation of the digital communication plan that will generate website traffic, leads and conversions according to the company’s needs
• Ensure that the site content is updated & optimize the UX experience to maximize the sales results
• Develop BTL communication as well as the local promotional activities and CRM campaigns plan targeting existing & prospect customers
• Develop and distribute the POSM materials to the customers (brochures/ visibility material etc.)
• Coordinate the participation of the company in exhibitions & events aiming at lead generation
• Monitor the market trends, the business environment as well as the competitor’s activities
• Be in close collaboration with Marketing Manager and other departments (Sales, CRC, HR, Accounting, Service, Logistics) as well as HQ teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
• Familiarity with SEO, website management and email marketing
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented and team-focused mindset
