Customer Service Representative
SYNERGY SA., the exclusive distributor of Nespresso Professional in Greece, is currently seeking for a Customer Relationship Call Centre Agent.
Main Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Order management (receive, register and handle) in ERP system (Softone).
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
• Keep customer records for client interactions and transactions.
• Collaboration with Company departments such as Invoice, Credit, Service and Warehouse to resolve any Client and/or delivery SLA issues.
• Close partnership with Sales Team.
• Be the front line of support for customers and help to ensure that customers are satisfied with products and services provided.
• Manage the process to open new customers and to keep updated its records in ERP.
• Conducting targeted sales/participating in outbound campaigns.
• Assist our customer base via live chat, email and social media.
Required Skills/ Qualifications
• High School Degree/from an accredited University
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek language & advanced typing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.
• Prior Contact Center experience
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
