REVIVING ORIGINS is our long-term program through which we partner with farmers to bring back some of the greate coffees we almost lost. Congo's years of instability left many plantations abandoned.
Nespresso's REVIVING ORIGINS program joins with farmers and partners to support coffee communities in raising Congo coffee to its full stature.

ORIGIN
The rich volcanic soils of the Kivu lakeshores are fertile ground for Congo's farmers to bring you this mild coffee's fruity and sweet cereal notes.
ROASTING
CONGO ORGANIC is a 50/50 split roast. Both splits are dark and short, with the first split being slightly darker and longer to develop more intensity for this coffee. Both splits get a medium grind.
AROMATIC PROFILE
CONGO ORGANIC is a smooth organic coffee with roasted and sweet cereal notes, nutty aromas and mild fruitiness.

We source more than 80% of our coffee from AAA farms and over 40% of all of our coffee from the Rainforest Alliance CertifiedTM farms.
